A storage room is also included with the apartment. The apartment is situated in central Växjö, close to a bus station, shops, and restaurants. Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited in the apartment. Water, electricity, and heating are included in the rent. A deposit of 2000 SEK is required, and the rent is due upon move-in. The price per room is 4500 SEK per month. The entire apartment can also be rented for 11000 SEK per month. I intend to rent out the apartment on a long-term basis.
