The cottage is located in the Växjö urban area about 5 km from the central station with proximity to local transport. About 8 km by car to the University. The cottage is located on the edge of Helgasjön with close proximity to swimming at the jetty. Proximity to external trade area with daily goods (life & system companies) and specialist trade (clothing etc.).
Open plan with modern kitchen with dining area and living room with sofa bed as well as TV and WiFi. Bedroom with 120 cm bed and an open loft. Fully tiled toilet with sink, shower and washing machine. In the kitchen there is a stove, fan, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher.
