One or two rooms to rent in villa near university (Teleborg)

One or two furnished rooms on the upper floor will be available in a beautiful 151 sq m villa starting from August 16, 2024. Tenant will have access to shared facilities within the villa, including a TV room, bathroom/toilet (in upper floor) and a lovely, glazed balcony and Kitchen. I frequently travel between Stockholm and Växjö, so I will only be at the house a few nights per week. My family will occasionally be in Växjö during long weekends.
The house is located at Diskusvägen 13, Växjö, which is an 8–10-minute bike ride (2.8 km) from Linnaeus University and about 15 minutes (4.7 km) from the central station. A bus stop is just a 1-minute walk away.

Rent: 4000 SEK per bedroom for a single person. Internet is included; electricity will be shared among tenant and owner. The rent for two rooms together can be discussed.
