Furnished room in house (villa) 5 minutes bikeride from University. You share bathroom with 2 other female students. Fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher. Access to livingroom (Tv with Netflix), biljardsroom, washingroom and garden. Included in rent is electricity, hot/cold water, heating, wifi. Have two sibirian cats (allergenic -no one ever shown any allegenic respons to them thus being normally allergic to cats) – so best if you like cats. Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
