Close to nature in a village with a bus to Kalmar and Färjestaden just a few meters outside the gate. Our villa is situated i Skogsby and we rent out a selfcontained apartment on the second flor. It is a two room-apartment with space for two persons. There is a laundrymachine in the recently renovated bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher end all the necessary in a kitchen. There is also a big sunny balcony. Included in the rent is electricity, heating, wifi and a parking space.
