Renting out my apartment with a west-facing balcony as I will be traveling for an extended time. The apartment is in good condition, furnished and is located in a quiet area with proximity to green areas and a 10 minute bike ride to the university campus.
Rental is approved semi-annually by the association board. There are good opportunities for extension until summer 2026 as I won´t have of use of it during the spring semester either.
Heating, water, broadband included. Electricity is additional.
Applicant must be orderly, smoke-free and pet-free.
1 month deposition.
