Our largest room on the first floor (14 m² SEK 3 785 SEK/month) is available, at least until December 31, 2024. The tenants here share the kitchen, bathroom and hall. There is also a large living room on the first floor where you have TV, books, games etc. and it is a place where you can socialize with the other tenants. (The two tenants in the basement apartment also have access to the living room, but they share different kitchens, bathrooms and hallways.)
There are only tenants in this house with a large garden, garden furniture, barbecue, garage for bicycles.
The house is very centrally located, about 10 minutes’ walk to the center. Two bus stops nearby: Bus 5 approx. 350 m and bus 7 approx. 300 m from the house which (via Växjö Station) takes you to the Linnaeus University/Teleborg C. It takes 15-20 minutes to cycle to the university. Cycle paths almost all the way.
We want everyone to feel comfortable together in our house. Therefore, we want you to write a little about yourself. Gender, age, if you are studying at Linnaeus University and which program in that case or current employment if you are not studying, interest and if possible give references from previous accommodation.
