Welcome to Linnaeus Union's Welcome Fair!
We are delighted to have you as an exhibitor at our Welcome Fair! On this page, you will find all the information you need to prepare for the fair. From times and location to practical details and contact information – everything is gathered here to make your participation as smooth as possible.

Important details

- Parking On the maps above you can see where you can park and your booth location.
Make sure to arrive by 9:30 AM to set up your booth and be ready to welcome visitors when the fair opens.
Offers and Competitions
Discounted advertising: We would also like to remind you that the discounted price for advertising through Linnaeus Union is valid until the end of February. Take the opportunity to reach even more students during the spring!

Competition: During the fair, there is a competition for the best booth, where the winner will receive a complete advertising package free of charge. Make sure your booth stands out (if you arrive late or leave before the fair ends, you will be automatically disqualified).

Register attendance
On the map (RED CIRCLE), you will find the check-in desk. It is important that you check in at the desk to receive your meal vouchers and to be able to participate in the competition.

Internet
In the fair venue, there is a guest network called LNU-Guest. This is an open network where you log in with your email address, and after that, you are connected for 4 hours.
So keep in mind that you will need 2 email addresses to have internet access throughout the entire fair.
Food
For those who have ordered food, there are lunch and breakfast vouchers. Lunch is served at Restaurant Kristina, while breakfast is served on the balcony upstairs in the K-building, where the fair is held.
Breakfast is served from 09:30 to 11:00 on the balcony, and lunch is served from 11:00 to 14:00 at Restaurant Kristina.
For those of you who have not ordered a meal package, you can also purchase your own lunch at the restaurants, food-trucks and Pressbyrån here on campus.

Nut-free zone
Please note that the buildings where the fair is held are a nut-free-zone.
