🎓 What is the Engagement Scholarship?
Linnaeus Union’s Engagement Scholarship is awarded to a student who has demonstrated extraordinary commitment by:
✅ Improving education – perhaps by advocating for important issues, driving change, or supporting fellow students in their studies.
✅ Enhancing the student community – by organizing activities, fostering inclusivity, and making the university a more welcoming place.
✅ Making a difference for other students – through involvement in the union’s work, student associations, or other initiatives.
🏆 Why Nominate?
Give well-deserved recognition to a student who truly deserves it!
Help us highlight and reward the dedicated individuals who make Linnaeus University a better place for everyone.

Teacher of the year
Nominating someone for Linnaeus Union’s prestigious Teacher of the Year award is a fantastic way to recognize and appreciate the educators who make a real difference in students’ lives. Teacher of the Year is not just an award but also a way to honor and highlight those teachers who have gone above and beyond to create an engaging and enriching learning environment.
Course Literature Grant
As a member of Linnaeus Union, you have the chance to win 500 SEK every month through our literature scholarship! Since January 2014, we have been helping students make their study life a little easier – now it could be your turn!
📚 What Does the Scholarship Include?
500 SEK in funding for course literature.
One winner every month (except July).
Easy to apply – takes just a few minutes!
🎓 Who Can Apply?
To participate, you must:
✅ Be a member of Linnaeus Union.
✅ Submit your application within the month you wish to participate.

Varje torsdag kl. 12–13 bjuder Linnékåren alla medlemmar på gratis kaffe! Kom förbi och ta en välförtjänt paus från studierna – vi finns både i Växjö och Kalmar. Det är ett perfekt tillfälle att fylla på med energi, träffa andra studenter och prata med oss i kåren. Ses på torsdag!
