Applying to the Linnaeus Union board gives students a unique opportunity to influence their time at university and make a difference for their fellow students.

By being part of the board, you get the opportunity to represent the students' voice, work on important issues related to education and student life, and develop valuable skills in leadership, collaboration, and decision-making.

It is important to get involved to ensure that students' interests are safeguarded and that the Linnaeus Union continues to improve the study environment for everyone.

How does it work?

February 17: The Linnaeus Union opens for applications and nominations. You apply by filling out the application form below with your CV and personal letter.

You can also nominate someone else by submitting your recommendation along with the contact details of the person you are nominating to election@linnek.se.

Last application day is 16 March. 

17 March - 30 March: The nomination committee will contact and interview all applicants.

The Student Union election lasts between 22 April - 4 May. All active members can vote for electable candidates.

The new Student Union board is presented at the annual meeting on 27 May It is then also possible to nominate yourself or someone else for the vacant posts.
