My partner and I are looking for new tenants for our condominium that we rent out on a long-term basis, as our current tenants are moving out.
The reason we are renting out the apartment is that we live in another city. We will not be moving back to Kalmar, so the contract will be indefinite.
The apartment is a well-planned and bright 2-room apartment of 61 sqm. It has a balcony facing west, which means lovely evening sun. The living room is spacious, as is the bedroom, which includes a walk-in closet. There is a combined washer/dryer in the bathroom.
The apartment can be rented unfurnished or partially furnished. The rent is 10,000 SEK/month, including heating and water. Electricity is charged according to consumption.
It’s a 5-minute walk to Giraffen/Ica Maxi, 10 minutes by bike to the city center, and 2 minutes on foot to Skälby and a green area. The motorway is easily accessible by car. Free parking is available along the street below the apartment.
Move-in can happen immediately.
You should be responsible and have stable finances.
