Charming 60’s apartment with balcony in Kalmar. The apartment is furnished, but as we want to rent out for a longer period, it is flexible how much furniture the tenant wants to have left.
Utilities are included but not cable-tv (there is a smart-tv).
Renting it out since we are going to study abroad.
It is a building with several elderly residents, as well as a kindergarten close by, so a quiet area. The bus stop Skogsrået is close and bus 401 goes all the way to the hospital, past the center / Linnaeus University. Takes about 10 minutes to the center and 20 minutes to the hospital.
