We have a centrally located villa with five rooms and a common living room (only for tenants.) Normally, the rooms are rented by Swedish and foreign students at Linneúniversitytetet.
On the first floor, one of the three rooms there will be available from 1 January 2025 and in the bright basement apartment, both rooms will be available on the same date. (All three rooms possibly available earlier.)

The tenants here share the kitchen, bathroom and hall. There is also a large living room on the first floor where you have TV, books etc. and is a place where you can socialize with the other tenants. (The tenants of the bright basement apartment also have access to the living room, but they share a different kitchen, bathroom and hall.)
There are only tenants in this house with a large garden, garden furniture, barbecue, garage for bicycles. Large laundry room next to the basement apartment.
The house is very centrally located, about 10 minutes’ walk to the center. Two bus stops nearby: Bus 5 approx. 350 m and Bus 7 approx. 300 m from the house which (via Växjö Station) takes you to Linnaeus University/Teleborg C. It takes 15-20 minutes to cycle to the university. Cycle paths almost all the way.
We want everyone to feel comfortable together in our house. Therefore, we would like you to write a little about yourself. Gender, age, what you are going to study, interests, etc.
