I will be living abroad this spring, and my fully furnished and very cozy house on Lojovägen, Yolo House, in Växjö, with a living area of 145 sqm, is available for rent from January 1, 2025, to May 31, 2025. Possibility of an extension. Furnishing can be discussed.
A maximum of 5 people are allowed to stay there. Perfect for student couple/family or 3-5 roommates.
Very quiet area and approx. 5 minutes’ walk to Ica Dalbo, Tallhöjdens Livs (grocery store), Nydala Konditori (bakery), Dalbo Vårdcentral.
Bus stop 50 meters behind the house.
Bus to Växjö Resecentrum takes about 7-10 minutes.
Bus to Samarkand approx. 10 min.
Car access to Norrleden (routes 23 and 25) approx. 3 min.
Car to Araby swim spots (Helgasjön), Araby Golf Club, Araby Riding Club, and forest with hiking trails approx. 4 min.
