My wife and I, a 60 year old couple, have a room for rent on the upper floor of our house, to a female student. The upper floor consists of two bedrooms, one big living room and a bathroom. All the rooms are fully furnished. You are going to share the bathroom and the living room (on the upper floor) with another female student. This bedroom is approximately 10 square meters and it has a big wardrobe. The rent of this room is 3700 Swedish kronor per month. The living room is approximately 30 Square meters. In the living room, there is a sofa, a kitchen tables with four chairs, two refrigerators, a microwave oven, water boiler etc. The kitchen is on the ground floor and you will share it with us. Electricity, water, heating, and internet are included in the rent. The distance to the university is approximately one kilo meter (10 minutes) and to the town center about 2.5 kilo meters. The room is available from 15 of January 2025 (earlier if it will be needed).
One of our three daughters is living with us. We have our bedrooms on the ground floor.
