The apartment is located in central Växjö (Öster area) with bike/walking distance to the city center, close to everything: station, cinema, concert hall, arena, swimmingpool pool, food stores, shopping, culture o nightlife, etc. It takes only 5 minutes by bus or 10 minutes by bike to the university. The apartment is furnished and is equipped with everything necessary, among others dishwashing and washing machine, oven, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, kettle, cleaning appliances. Each room has a bed, table, and a closet. The rent is 4000-4300 kr per room per month. Up to 3 persons can live in the apartment. Priority is given to female tenants. Electricity, heating, water and Wi-Fi is included. The apartment should be smoke and pet free. Deposit of 1-month rent is required before moving in and is refundable with deduction for any damage.
