Room with balcony for a female student

My wife and I, a 60-years old couple, have a room with balcony for rent, on the upper floor of our house (in Växjö), to a female student. The upper floor consists of two bedrooms, one big living room and a bathroom. All the rooms are fully furnished. You are going to share the bathroom and the living room with another female student. This bedroom is approximately 14 square meters, and it has a big balcony and wardrobe. The rent of this room is 4 000 Swedish kronor/month. The living room is approximately 30 Square meters. In the living room, there is a sofa, a kitchen tables with four chairs, two refrigerators, a microwave oven, water boiler etc. The kitchen is on the ground floor, and you will share it with us. Electricity, water, heating, and internet are included in the rent. The distance to the university is approximately one kilo meter (10 minutes) and to the town center about 2.5 kilo meters. The room is available from 15 of August 2024. One of our daughters is living with us. We have our bedroom on the ground floor.
