Can even go by bus number 7 or number 1 to center or university. The room i a part of an apartment which is 105 m2. You can share with 2 other female exchanged foreign students. The rent is NOT included home insurance (app 700kt/year) In order to make all satistified, there are some following rules: No fester. No smoking (applied even for balkong in front and back of the appartement), No shoses inside the house. No men visitting or overnighting. Common areas cleaned by landlady, but bathroom uppstairs cleaned by gäster. Rubbish throughed according common rules and schedule. Tenants are responsible for cleaning their own room.
