Linnaeus Union offers Kalmar students to celebrate Valborg and experience Växjö student association life. The bus leaves Kalmar at 11.30 on Saturday 30 April. Return from Växjö at 03.30, after the student pub Sivans has closed.
Valborg celebrations are held outdoors on the open grass area Amfium on Växjö Campus. Linnaeus Union and Växjö's student associations arrange various activities and there is opportunity to just hang out, party and have a wonderful day. In the evening, Sivans student pub opens (NOTE, there will be a queue and there is no guarantee that everyone will be admitted!). For entrance to Sivans you need to be a member of Linnaeus Union + nation membership. Temporary nation membership can be purchased at the door.
Bring:

- ID card
- Dress for the weather
- Sun chair, blanket or something else to sit on
Food is available for purchase on site.
The trip is open to Linnaeus Union members. We need at least 13 participants to be able to accomplish the trip. Purchased ticket will not be refunded (if we do not get enough registered, the ticket will be refunded). Purchased ticket can be transferred to another union member.

We sell tickets via the student app Hitract. Members have received an email from Hitract a few weeks ago, follow the link in the email, download the app and create an account. Then search for Linnaeus Union and follow us. The bus trip is an event on our page and that’s where you can buy your ticket.
